Oh mon dieu, a REAL croissant like this would be divine tomorrow morning for Le Petit Dejeuner. Or perhaps a REAL pain au chocolat from The Cafe, or their Huevos Rancheros or Eggs Benedict. I think I will be dreaming in food tonight. I am kinda missing NYC just because of the food alone….. there are no serious bakeries around here. and I’d rather starve than try to eat a “croissant” from Walmart or some other place that can’t even compare. Yes I am somewhat of a food snob, and no I don’t care.
